Initial Consult:

You will leave with an understanding of how food influences your body, brain, & soul. In this visit goals are defined, constitution is assessed and you get to see if I am the right Nutritionist for you! It involves a full intake of your whole health history. There are so many connections that can be made through a person’s history to make logical sense of what is going on in an Individual body. My Food pyramid will outline what the true food groups are, and will finally give you clarity on what to eat. You will receive examples and recipes of how to incorporate healthy foods into your newly balanced diet. With the identification of your nutritional goals we will design a program that fits you to move forward with, and an individualized therapeutic approach to your health will be prepared for future visits. The first visit is usually 90minutes to ensure I hear everything from you.

Intuitive cooking is a blend of art and science. Understanding healthy ingredients from cooking oils to protein sources in combination with your intuition. Intuition guides us in understanding what it is our body truly needs to sustain balance.
